Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because our programs involve limited class sizes, instructor scheduling, facility bookings, food ordering, and pre-paid insurance coverage, the following cancellation policy applies to all registrations.

Whenever possible, rescheduling to a future course date is the preferred solution, as it allows participants to complete their training while minimizing disruption to scheduled operations.

1. Course Registration

Cancellations made three (3) days or more before the scheduled course date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees. However, participants are encouraged to consider rescheduling to a future date within the same calendar year (subject to availability).

Cancellations made one (1) to two (2) days before the scheduled course date are eligible for either:

• a 50% refund, or

• a one-time reschedule to a different course date within the same calendar year (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start time, or on the day of the course, are not eligible for a refund. However, participants may reschedule once to a different course date within the same calendar year (subject to availability).

Participants who do not attend their scheduled course without notice will not receive a refund but may reschedule once within the same calendar year.

Rescheduled registrations are non-refundable.

2. Weather Policy

Car Control School operates in a variety of weather conditions, as learning vehicle control in adverse weather is part of the training experience.

However, if extreme weather or unsafe conditions require us to postpone a session, participants will be offered:

• A transfer to a future date at no additional charge, or

• A full credit toward a future course, or

• A full refund.

3. Medical or Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Documented medical emergencies may be eligible for rescheduling or refund at the discretion of ILR Car Control School.
