ILR Car Control School offers two versions of our corporate driver training. We have our full one-day Car Control or Winter Driving schools that include a mix of classroom sessions alternating with dynamic driving exercises. We also have a half day classroom only session that includes our comprehensive PowerPoint and video presentations to help your staff understand how to prepare their vehicle and themselves for our challenging roads.
Your staff will enjoy a comfortable interactive classroom environment with state-of-the-art Power Point presentations, including videos, as they learn about safe driving techniques and vehicle dynamics. We will discuss seating position, use of controls, vision training, information processing, our unique Pro-Active© Driving system, driver psychology and much more. We will also dispel the many myths that exist regarding vehicle safety systems to help them understand better how to use these safety systems properly in their vehicles.
We will supply instructors, handbooks, pens and certificates. Your company needs only to supply the employees and the vehicles they will be driving. We are firm believers in training your employees in the vehicles they drive daily. There is no better way for them to experience how their company vehicle will react in an emergency situation. *If needed, we can rent vehicles for your group’s use at a surcharge of $275 per vehicle plus hst.
